CO-FOUNDER, CEOWith thousands trained globally, and billions earned for his clients, Mark has pioneered an entirely new system of creative thinking to empower companies, entrepreneurs and organizations to succeed beyond their expectations.
As the Co-Founder and CEO of the Think8 Global Institute Mark trains and models start-ups, SME’s and Fortune 500 companies to new think the way they do business. Shaping corporate cultures for explosive innovation, he draws on his background as an Emmy winning Hollywood writer-producer-composer. He has written comedy for Steve Martin and Jim Carrey and special musical material for Leonard Cohen, Elton John, and many others.
As the Co-Founder & President of the Think8 Global Institute, Nancy delivers the Think8 system to executives, entrepreneurs and organizations around the globe. Her main focus and passion are to help women live ‘On Purpose’. Through her writing, keynote addresses, online and onsite sessions reaching women from all backgrounds.
Nancy empowers each woman to stand in her truth and speak in her own voice. Her unique ability to inspire women draws on her background as an internationally acclaimed writer-producer-director, with over 60 international awards and nominations, and 450 hours of produced television and movies, including a film, short-listed for the Oscars.

In addition to his role at Think8 Global Institute, Domenic is an accomplished author and founder of L2L Coaching, enabling sales teams to maximize their revenue potential. His proprietary Sales Behaviour Assessment is designed to help businesses assess and measure the effectiveness of their sales strategy and performance.
Susan Collins
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS Susan Collins carries with her the unmistakable spirit of Ireland—warmth, wit, and a quiet, unwavering strength.
She began in the travel industry, learning to move people and pieces with grace, making even the most complex journeys feel effortless. That instinct never left. In New York, she worked at the highest level as Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of Sony Corporation, where precision, trust, and discretion were essential. Montreal brought a further deepening—of systems, structure, and the discipline behind seamless execution.
At Think8, Susan is the calm at the center. She sees the whole, holds the detail, and ensures everything moves as it should—quietly, steadily, without friction. This same clarity extends into her work as a senior mentor with Think8’s SUV clients, where her grounded wisdom and practical guidance help turn insight into action.
What defines Susan most is not only what she does, but how she is—grounded, clear, and deeply practical. She meets each challenge with a quiet certainty that steadies everything around her, earning trust, respect, and genuine affection in equal measure.
Janell Barrett Jones
VP PR/COMMUNICATIONS As part of the Think8 team, Janelle adds a global communications and branding perspective. With a background spanning talent, brands, and mission-driven organizations, she helps clients navigate visibility, reputation, and storytelling across media, culture, and cause. She has produced Emmy-winning content in film and television, and speaks internationally on crisis PR and reputation strategy—that perspective shapes how she approaches strategic communications, with a global point of view.
Janelle’s expertise spans strategic public relations, film unit publicity and red carpet/event PR, crisis management and reputation strategy, brand positioning and media training, celebrity, athlete and executive visibility, and cultural storytelling for social impact. She brings clarity, discretion, and creative thinking to every engagement, working closely with clients to shape narratives that align, resonate, and endure.
Ahnaf Mohsin
DIRECTOR OF tHINK8 LABSAs Director of Think8 Labs, Ahnaf brings a unique blend of business strategy, technology innovation, and entrepreneurial experience to the Canadian startup ecosystem. In South Asia, he first established himself as a founder of a pioneering re-commerce platform, leveraging his background in retail, finance, and telecommunications to help scale innovative ventures.
Driven by a strong curiosity for emerging technologies, Ahnaf pursued further higher education and certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Technology Innovation in Canada. At Think8 Labs, Ahnaf helps lead the development of AI-enabled platforms and automation systems that help startups and businesses operate and scale more effectively. His work spans business assessment, incubation, platform strategy, and the application of technologies such as AI, LLMs, analytics, and workflow automation to modern business challenges.
Brendan Mirotchnick
IT/MEDIA DESIGNERAt the forefront of digital media and telecommunications, Brendan pioneered early webcasting technologies. For over three decades, he’s developed full-stack platforms across media, telecommunications, finance, and health. Calm and patient he is known for solving complex challenges through his innovative technology integration.
Founder of Hourglass Studios, Brendan wide range includes live productions, music studios, software architecture, interactive platforms, and building custom media environments for global audiences, producing broadcast content for organizations including BBC, CNN, Bloomberg, Al Jazeera, and CGTN.
As IT Director for Think8 Global, Brendan leads the design and execution of the organization’s digital infrastructure, online experiences, and technical platforms. From global forums and live events to advanced training environments, he translates Think8’s offerings into seamless, high-performance digital experiences, making complex technology feel intuitive, reliable, and quietly powerful.
Nima Nateghi, PhD
DIRECTOR OF GOVERNMENT GRANTS AND INCENTIVESNima leads funding strategy at Think8, supporting startups, scaling SMEs, and enterprises in securing government grants, tax credits, and strategic incentives. With a PhD in Engineering Physics and a background in advanced research, he combines technical depth with strategic insight to structure competitive, evaluator-aligned funding initiatives.
He leads a multidisciplinary team experienced in securing public funding and serving as government evaluators. Together, they specialize in structuring R&D programs, positioning innovation roadmaps, and aligning growth strategies with federal and provincial funding mechanisms—translating complex projects into credible, fundable narratives.
Nima views public funding as a long-term growth lever, helping organizations de-risk innovation and unlock sustainable expansion.
Marouchka Boustani
DIRECTOR oF MIDDLE EAST AFFAIRSMarouchka Boustani works at the intersection of strategy and human potential, helping organizations grow by developing the capacity within them. A talent development leader with a strong business lens, she designs learning and leadership initiatives that drive lasting behavior change, performance improvement, and culture transformation across all levels of an organization.
She has built talent development functions from the ground up across complex, multi-brand environments, with experience in hospitality spanning four countries and eight brands, as well as retail and banking.
At Think8 Global Institute, Marouchka delivers learning and leadership experiences that embed alignment, strengthen capability, and translate strategic clarity into daily practice, supporting individuals and organizations to elevate performance and sustain meaningful growth.
Kali Hamid
DIRECTOR, ITKali Hamid brings a rare ability to translate complex technological vision into systems that work—seamlessly, intelligently and at scale.
Originally from Montreal, he is the founder of Bankom.co, a cross-platform application development and investment analytics firm. Through his work, he has led the creation of over twenty enterprise-grade applications, including multiple MVPs for Canada’s Start-Up Visa program, while delivering investment reporting on more than $10B in assets for private wealth managers across North America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to this, Kali spent over fifteen years within the Microsoft enterprise ecosystem as Vice President of Business Development, building deep expertise in technology, infrastructure, and international markets.

He makes sure everything created is clear, precise, and built to last.
